Notifications
Connect email, Slack or a webhook so your team doesn't have to watch the dashboard.
Set these up in Settings → Notifications.
Channels
- Email (SMTP)
- Slack
- A generic webhook, for anything else you want to wire in
Any connected channel can carry ship events, tickets that need review or escalated, and budget or alert events.
Send test
Before relying on a channel, run Send test. It's worth doing right after you connect one, rather than finding out it's misconfigured when your first real escalation goes nowhere.
Daily digest
Send digest now (or let it run on its own schedule) sends one roll-up email over a trailing window instead of a message per event. Useful for a team that wants a daily summary rather than a Slack ping for every ticket.
