Top-ups
Buy more credits for one license with a one-time top-up, and see what happens after you pay.
A top-up adds purchased credits to one license. It is a one-time purchase, not a plan change, and it does not renew. For the available bundles and their prices, see the pricing page.
Purchased credits are kept apart from your included monthly credits and are used after them. They have no expiry date. The order of use is explained in Included and purchased credits.
Buy credits
Open Buy Credits
In Reqursor Development, use Buy Credits in the banner of a paused ticket. You can also open
your license's Reqursor Credits page on license.reqursor.com and choose Buy Credits.
Choose a bundle
Each bundle shows its credits and its price excluding VAT. Nothing is selected for you.
Pay on Stripe
Accept the license terms, then pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Card details never pass through Reqursor, and nothing is charged until you complete the payment there.
Get your credits
Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to the license and the page shows Credits added. If it says your credits appear within a minute, use Refresh to check again.
Credits arrive after payment
Reqursor adds credits only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment is not completed, no credits are added, and you can try again.
Who can buy
Only a person who can manage billing can buy credits. On a paused ticket, everyone else sees "Ask an Owner or Admin to buy credits." If top-ups are not available for your license, Reqursor Development says so.

No automatic top-up
Reqursor never buys credits for you. There is no automatic top-up: a ticket that needs more credits than you have pauses until you buy some or your next monthly credits arrive.
VAT
Top-up prices are shown excluding VAT, with a note on how VAT applies to your purchase.
